Chamber Ensemble and Symphonic Choir join PCCymphony, conducted by Dr. Cleusia Gonçalves, to present Mendelssohn’s Elijah. A blend of Baroque and Romantic musical styles with powerful choruses, this oratorio retells the Old Testament account of how God used Elijah on Mount Carmel to confront the false prophets of Baal and turn the Israelites back to Himself.
