Eagles Basketball vs. Appalachian Bible College (W 91-31)

After 33 days without a game, the Eagles opened 2024 with back-to-back games against Appalachian Bible College. With both games ending in a 50+ point victory, the Eagles opened the season strong!
 
The newest member of the Eagles roster was the addition of sophomore Kaiden Pack who made an immediate impact by being inserted in the starting lineup for both games. With 17 points and 14 rebounds between the two games, Pack made his presence known early in the Eagles program. In the Thursday night game, Pack was just one rebound shy of a double-double in just 17 minutes played.
 
During Friday’s game, Aaron Wagner was the offensive leader, contributing 18 points on 4-6 3PT shooting in 17 minutes played!
 
Between the two games, the Eagles outscored the Warriors 178-62. As a team, the Eagles combined for 56% FG, 71% FT, and 41% 3PT. With the bench getting a large chunk of playing time, 90 of the 178 points came from the Eagles bench. With these team performances, the Eagles improve to a 4-10 record and a 2-0 record in 2024!
